Is there a setup fee?
Site and Contractor plans have no setup fee. Enterprise onboarding, branding and migration are scoped and quoted once, then included in the annual agreement.
Do you charge per operative?
No. Pricing is per active site, so a busy site with 400 operatives costs the same as a quiet one. Visitors are always free.
What happens when a site finishes?
Archive it and stop paying for it from the next billing period. Records stay available read-only for your retention period.
Do subcontractors pay anything?
Never. Subcontractor companies get portal access as part of your plan, and operatives use their own phones to complete the induction, then sign in at the gate.
Where is our data held?
In the UK (eu-west-2), with client-level isolation, encryption in transit and at rest, and UK GDPR-aligned retention controls.
