Agreement
These terms govern use of the SiteEvo platform supplied by SiteEvo Ltd. Where a signed order form or master services agreement exists, that document takes precedence.
Subscriptions and billing
Subscriptions are charged per active site, monthly in advance, excluding VAT. Sites archived before the start of a billing period are not charged for that period. Annual agreements are invoiced yearly.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the platform unlawfully, to attempt to access another client's data, or to upload content you do not have the right to distribute. Accounts are personal and must not be shared.
Availability and support
We target 99.9% monthly availability excluding scheduled maintenance. Support is available Monday to Friday, 07:00–18:00, with response targets set out in your order form.
Data and confidentiality
You retain ownership of all data you or your operatives enter. We process it only to deliver the service and in line with our privacy notice, and we will return or delete it on termination at your request.
Liability
Nothing limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud. Otherwise, aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid in the preceding twelve months, and neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss.
