Who we are
SiteEvo Ltd is the data controller for information collected through this website, and a data processor for personal data processed on behalf of client organisations using the SiteEvo platform.
What we collect
Website enquiries: name, company, email, phone and anything you type into a form.
Platform records (processed for our clients): operative name, mobile number, employer, induction results, entry and exit timestamps, entry photographs and, where enabled, commute mode for CO₂ reporting.
Why we process it
To respond to enquiries and provide the service requested, to meet site safety and legal obligations including accurate evacuation records, and to produce the reporting our clients are contractually entitled to.
Where data lives
All platform data is hosted in AWS eu-west-2 (London). Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and each client organisation is isolated from every other.
How long we keep it
Attendance and induction records are retained for the period agreed with the client, typically the project duration plus six years. Website enquiries are deleted after 24 months of inactivity.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, erasure or restriction of your personal data, or object to processing. Contact info@siteevo.co.uk and we will respond within one month. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
